Concrete Sidewalks and Curbs
This standard specification sets out technical clauses for the construction and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks and curbs so that structures will be durable and high-quality. Specifically, it deals with preparing the beds of sidewalks and curbs, the various types of formwork, and the placing, finishing, curing and protection of concrete.
The standard applies to the construction and reconstruction of sidewalks, roadway curbs and private driveway curbs, of sidewalks leading to houses or any other type of building as well as sidewalks leading to traffic lanes.
